Hunter Wagner

Hunter Wagner is a Texas Hill Country–area real estate professional with over 20 years of experience representing both buyers and sellers throughout San Antonio, Fair Oaks Ranch, Boerne, and the surrounding Hill Country communities. A native of the area, Hunter spent much of his childhood in Fair Oaks Ranch and Boerne before graduating from Winston Churchill High School in San Antonio and later earning a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Texas Tech University.

Licensed in real estate since 2005, Hunter has built his career on deep local knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a commitment to guiding clients through every step of the buying and selling process. In addition to residential transactions, he works extensively with investment properties, short-term rentals, and ranch properties, helping clients evaluate opportunities both locally and across Texas. His personal real estate experience includes properties in South Padre Island, Lakehills, Dallas, and Rocksprings, giving him a firsthand understanding of a wide range of markets and property types.

Hunter’s background in marketing and technology gives his clients a competitive edge in today’s online-driven real estate landscape, where strategic exposure and data-driven decisions matter more than ever. He also has a strong passion for home renovation and fine woodworking and has been directly involved in the purchase and renovation of multiple investment properties throughout the region. This hands-on experience allows him to identify value, assess potential improvements, and help clients see possibilities that may not be immediately obvious.

Hunter lives in Fair Oaks Ranch with his wife, Casey, and their daughter, Parker. Being deeply rooted in the community he serves, he takes pride in helping clients find not just a house—but a place to truly call home, whether that’s a primary residence, investment property, or ranch.
